• Project and service details: job-site addresses, project names, material types and quantities, soil reports, scheduling needs, bid and estimate requests.
• Billing details: billing contact, invoicing address and payment records. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our website.
• Communications: messages you send us by web form, email, phone or text, and your SMS opt-in and opt-out choices.
• Job applicants and drivers: information you submit when applying for work, such as employment history and licensing details.

• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
• Operational data: dispatch records, delivery tickets, and load, time and location records tied to jobs we perform.

• A successor business if Golden Gate Trans is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as customer care, job and dispatch updates, and account notifications.
